I picked up Disney's The Jungle Book 2 for the Game Boy Advance back in 2003, a game developed by Vicarious Visions and published by Disney Interactive. You control Mowgli, moving through jungle environments, climbing vines, and jumping across platforms. The main goal is to rescue your animal friends from Shere Khan by navigating a series of linear stages. You collect fruit for points, avoid environmental hazards like pits and spikes, and occasionally fend off enemies with simple attacks. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty is manageable, though some later stages require precise timing. It feels like a compact, no frills platformer that captures the energy of its source material without overcomplicating things.
