Play Disney's Treasure Planet (E)(Patience) Online
You swing between floating islands on high-tech ropes, bounce off crumbling platforms with a hoverboard, and blast space pirates—all with that slick GBA pixel charm.

Game Overview
Disney’s Treasure Planet on the GBA is one of those games that makes you wish more people talked about it. You play as Jim Hawkins, but instead of wooden ships and old-timey pirates, you’re hopping between floating islands and dodging laser fire from space buccaneers. The first thing you’ll notice is how smooth the movement feels—swinging from ropes (or, uh, futuristic rigging) has this satisfying weight to it, and the hoverboard sections? Way more fun than they had any right to be.
It’s got that classic Disney charm, too—John Silver’s cyborg design is weirdly endearing, and the pixel art holds up surprisingly well. The levels mix platforming with light puzzles, like figuring out how to reroute power to a door or timing jumps between crumbling platforms. Combat’s simple but snappy, mostly sword swings and the occasional gadget. Not gonna lie, some of the later pirate fights had me retrying a few times.
If you’ve got a soft spot for early 2000s handheld games or just want a breezy adventure with a sci-fi twist, this one’s a solid pick. Just watch out for those gravity-defying falls—trust me, you’ll see what I mean.
