Dora the Explorer: Super Spies is one of those GBA games that’s way more fun than it has any right to be. You play as Dora and Boots sneaking through levels to stop Swiper from wrecking Tico’s workshop—basically a kid-friendly stealth game with some light puzzle-solving. The controls are simple (jump, hide, use items), but the levels get surprisingly clever later on. I remember getting stuck for a solid five minutes trying to figure out how to distract a guard squirrel with acorns.
It’s got that classic Dora vibe—bright colors, familiar characters popping up, and just enough Spanish phrases to make you feel like you’re learning something. The music’s catchy too, though after a while you might catch yourself humming the victory jingle in the shower. Definitely a solid pick if you’ve got a younger sibling to entertain or just want something cheerful and uncomplicated.
