Play Driv3r (E)(Rising Sun) Online

Top-down cop chases where you’re mostly slamming stolen cars into things, barely making turns, and occasionally bailing out to blast some goons. The GBA version’s got that janky charm where wrecking feels as fun as escaping.

Game Overview

Driv3r on GBA is a stripped-down but surprisingly fun take on the console version. You're Tanner, an undercover cop trying to bust a car theft ring—which mostly means driving like a maniac through Miami, Istanbul, and Nice while occasionally hopping out to shoot bad guys. The top-down perspective feels a little cramped at first, but once you get used to weaving through traffic and pulling off handbrake turns, it clicks.

Don’t expect the open-world freedom of the PS2 original—missions are linear, and the on-foot sections are clunky. But the chunky pixel art gives it charm, and there’s something weirdly satisfying about barely scraping past police roadblocks with your stolen ride smoking behind you. Just don’t flip your car. Again.

It’s a solid pocket-sized version if you remember the hype back in the day.
