You just keep moving right, blasting through waves of soldiers, dodging sniper fire, and occasionally getting into fistfights with knife guys who rush you. The bosses are ridiculous—huge, screen-filling dudes who take way too many bullets to put down. It's not deep, but it's satisfying in that arcade-y, blow-everything-up kind of way.
If you miss the days of simple, loud shooters where the hero looks like he shops exclusively at a military surplus store, this one's a solid time.
