You control Annet, a young sorceress fighting a cult across 1930s New York. Your main weapon is a magic boomerang you throw at enemies; it returns to you, letting you catch it for rapid fire or risk missing and being defenseless. The game is structured in linear, side-scrolling stages where you dodge projectiles, jump over pits, and defeat bosses. It moves quickly and punishes mistakes, often overwhelming you with enemies from all sides. Playing it feels like a constant, tense scramble where every throw and dodge matters.
