Game Overview

Eye of Horus on the Amiga is one of those weird, charming platformers where you play as a shaman exploring an Egyptian pyramid. The gimmick? Hit the up arrow, and poof—you're a bird, flapping around to scout ahead or squeeze through tight spots. Down arrow turns you back, just in time to dodge spikes or whatever other nasty traps the pyramid throws at you.

It's got that classic Amiga vibe—bright colors, chunky sprites, and a soundtrack that sticks in your head. The bird transformation actually feels useful, not just a gimmick, especially when you're trying to figure out where to go next. Some of the traps are downright sneaky, though. I may or may not have faceplanted into a few before learning my lesson.

If you're into retro platformers with a twist, this one's worth dusting off.
