Fantastic Dizzy is one of those weirdly charming Genesis games where you play as—yep—an egg. Not just any egg, though. It’s got that classic "pick up items, figure out where to use them" adventure game logic, but with way more tumbling.
The controls take a second to get used to—Dizzy’s round, so he doesn’t exactly stop on a dime—but once you lean into the momentum, it’s weirdly satisfying. There’s something oddly relaxing about exploring the colorful levels, even when you accidentally roll into a spike pit for the tenth time.
