FightBox came out for the Game Boy Advance, though I don't recall who made it. It was one of those games that felt right at home on the GBA, a system full of experimental fighters and quirky ideas that didn't always get a lot of attention.
You build a fighter from scratch, picking moves and tweaking stats before heading into matches. The main goal is to win fights, but the real challenge is learning to balance speed and power so your custom boxer doesn't get wrecked right away. Matches are fast and the difficulty is pretty unforgiving if your build is off. Nothing beats the feeling of finally beating that opponent who kept taunting you in 2-player mode.
