Play Firestriker Online
In Firestriker, explore dungeons, deflect fireballs with your sword, clear rooms of monsters, and collect keys while dodging traps and projectiles.
Firestriker came out for the Super Nintendo in 1994, developed by DTMC. It was one of those mid-lifecycle SNES games that tried something a little different, mixing action with puzzle elements in a way that felt fresh without being overly flashy. It didn't get a ton of attention at the time, but it had a unique charm that stood out.
You control a knight who explores a series of single-screen dungeons, using a sword to deflect a bouncing fireball toward enemies and switches. The main goal is to clear each room of monsters and obstacles to progress, collecting keys and pieces of the Triforce-like Fire Orbs along the way. The combat is frantic; you're constantly maneuvering to angle your shots while avoiding enemy projectiles and traps. It's not an easy game, timing is everything, and mistakes are punished quickly. Playing it feels like managing controlled chaos, where every ricochet matters.
