Full Metal Alchemist (Cezar) (J) is a GBA action RPG that sticks close to the anime's vibe. You play as Ed and Al, mixing combat with alchemy puzzles—like rearranging blocks to open paths or transmuting weapons mid-fight. The sprites are small but detailed, and the music has that nostalgic early 2000s anime game sound.

First few minutes drop you into a fight against some basic enemies, testing your timing with basic attacks and quick alchemy. The controls feel a little stiff at first, but you get used to it. Some of the later puzzles can be frustrating when you're just one tile off from the solution.

It's not the deepest RPG, but if you're into the series, it captures the tone well. The story bits between missions are short and mostly in Japanese, so unless you understand it, you're playing more for the gameplay than the narrative. Still, seeing the brothers' alchemy in action on the GBA screen is kinda neat.
