Gadget - Lost In Time_Disk2 is this weird little Amiga gem that mashes up platforming with trivia—sounds odd, but it kinda works. You play as Gadget, a guy who built a time machine (naturally) and somehow got himself stranded in the dinosaur age. To jump forward to the next era, you’ve gotta hunt down a crystal, but here’s the catch: you only get it after answering enough random history questions.

The questions pop up when you touch certain objects, like a weirdly placed rock or a suspicious-looking fern, and they’re multiple-choice. Get one wrong, and the question just teleports somewhere else in the level, which is equal parts annoying and hilarious. Meanwhile, you’re jumping on enemies to stun them, then chucking them off-screen like some kind of time-traveling janitor. It’s janky, it’s charming, and honestly, the trivia bits make failing feel educational.

Definitely one of those games where you’ll yell at the screen after missing a jump, then immediately laugh when a T-Rex shows up just to ask you about the Renaissance.
