Game Overview
GT Racers (E) is one of those GBA racing games that feels simple at first, but the handling takes some getting used to. The tracks are tight, and if you don't time your drifts right, you'll end up bouncing off walls more than you'd like.
I remember spending the first few races just figuring out how much to brake before turns. The cars have weight to them, which is nice, but the controls can feel a little stiff until you adjust. Once you do, though, sliding around corners without losing speed becomes satisfying.
It's not the flashiest racer on the GBA, but GT Racers (E) has a decent sense of speed, and the car customization keeps things interesting. You'll spend a lot of time tweaking your ride between races, trying to shave off those extra seconds.
