Play International Karate Advanced (E)(Venom) Online
You trade punches in tight pixel arenas, timing kicks just right—mess up and you might knock yourself out. Multiplayer’s the best part, especially when you steal a win with a last-second hit.

International Karate Advanced came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2001, developed by Studio 3. It was part of a wave of early GBA fighting games that tried to capture the feel of arcade brawlers on a handheld. The screen is small, the sprites are chunky, and it has that distinct early 2000s portable vibe.
You control a martial artist in one-on-one fights across several static screens. The main goal is to deplete your opponent's health bar before they deplete yours, using a mix of punches, kicks, and special moves. Key mechanics include timing your attacks to break an opponent's guard, and performing screen-clearing super moves when your power meter is full. The pacing is fast, with rounds that usually end quickly, though the AI can be punishing if you mistime a move. It feels like a straightforward, no-frills fighter that relies on reaction and spacing.
