You control Juka, a young alchemist who uses a magical flute as his primary weapon. The main goal is to explore a world divided into distinct screen by screen areas, fighting monsters and solving environmental puzzles to progress. The core mechanics revolve around playing specific musical notes on the flute to attack enemies or interact with objects; hitting the correct sequence is key to both combat and puzzle solving. You also collect ingredients for potions and can eventually transform into a werewolf for more direct, powerful attacks. The pacing is deliberate, with some backtracking, and the difficulty comes from timing your musical attacks correctly rather than sheer reflex. It feels like a curious, slightly janky experiment that is entirely its own thing.
