Game: Kikou Keisatsu Metal Jack (Japan) on gb

A Japan-only beat-em-up, based on the anime of the same name. Originally, an American release was planned (to be titled Metal Jack: Armored Police), but this version was eventually cancelled. Kikou Keisatsu Metal Jack was also released for the Game Boy. It was developed by KID and published by Takara.
