Game Overview

Krusty's Fun House came out on the Amiga in 1992, developed by Audiogenic and published by Acclaim. It was a time when platformers and puzzle games were common, and this one used the Amiga's capabilities for colorful, cartoonish graphics that fit right in with the show it was based on.

You control Krusty the Clown, moving room by room to solve environmental puzzles. Your main goal is to herd an ever-growing number of rats into a pest control machine on each floor. To do this, you use gadgets like fans, trapdoors, and conveyer belts to redirect the rodents, while avoiding enemies like spiders and birds. The puzzles start simple but quickly demand careful timing and planning, especially as new obstacles are introduced. It feels like a test of patience and foresight, where a single miscalculation can force you to restart the entire screen.
