Play Laser Squad Amiga Online
Turn-based tactical strategy game. Command a squad of space marines and cyborgs across 5 missions with varied objectives. Customize loadouts with limited credits. Features hotseat multiplayer. Released in 1988 for Amiga.

Laser Squad came out on the Amiga in 1988, developed by Blade Software and published by Target Games. It was a turn based tactical game that fit right in with the kind of thoughtful, strategic experiences the Amiga was known for at the time, offering a deep alternative to faster paced action titles.
You control a small squad of soldiers, outfitting them with specific weapons and gear before each mission. The goal changes from scenario to scenario; sometimes you need to assassinate a target, other times you defend a position or retrieve an object. The game plays out in turns where you carefully move each soldier, manage their action points, and use line of sight to aim shots or avoid enemy fire. Missions are methodical and difficult, demanding patience and smart positioning over quick reflexes. It feels tense and rewarding to outmaneuver an opponent and secure a hard fought victory.
