The controls are kinda stiff, but there's something oddly charming about how all over the place it is.
It's definitely one of those "so bad it's good" movie tie-ins from the 90s. The graphics try way too hard to be edgy with all the neon cyberpunk stuff, and the sound effects sound like someone banging on a metal trash can. But hey, at least it's not boring - you'll either hate it or laugh at how ridiculous it gets.
