I remember picking up Lego Knights' Kingdom for the Game Boy Advance back around 2000, published by THQ. It was one of those early GBA titles that felt like a natural fit for handheld play, offering a straightforward adventure without a lot of the complexity you saw in some console games at the time. The graphics were bright and blocky, true to the Lego style, and it ran smoothly on the hardware.

You control a custom knight through a series of side scrolling levels, fighting off skeleton warriors and other fantasy enemies with your sword or a bow. The main goal is to reclaim stolen royal treasures by exploring castles, forests, and dungeons room by room. You break objects to collect studs, solve simple block pushing puzzles, and occasionally switch between weapons to hit distant targets or enemies. The pacing is fairly relaxed, and the difficulty stays manageable, making it easy to pick up and play in short bursts. It feels satisfying to smash through Lego scenery and watch your stud count climb as you progress.
