LEGO Knights' Kingdom for the Game Boy Advance is one of those weird little LEGO RPGs that somehow works. You pick between four knights—Daniu, Jayko, Racus, and Santis—and run around smashing barrels, solving simple puzzles, and whacking enemies with swords. The story’s about finding pieces of this magic shield, but honestly, I mostly remember the janky but fun combat.
There’s a tournament mode where you can joust or duel, and if you beat the game, you unlock the villain, Lord Vladek, which is a nice touch. The multiplayer’s basic (you’ll need a link cable), but swinging swords at a friend never gets old. It’s not deep, but it’s got that classic LEGO charm where everything feels just a little bit silly.
Also, the music’s weirdly catchy—I still hum some of the tunes.
