Game Overview

If you remember early '90s football games, Liverpool - The Computer Game on the Amiga was one of those clunky-but-charming attempts at 3D. The camera zooms in on a small section of the pitch at a time—kinda like Striker—so you’re mostly guessing where everyone else is unless you glance at the tiny radar. And yeah, every player looks identical, which gets confusing fast.

You can play full seasons, one-off matches, or even the FA Cup, tweaking formations with actual Liverpool squad profiles (though stats don’t mean much when everyone runs like they’re in mud). Passing is… interesting. Tap fire to auto-switch to whoever’s near the ball, even if they’re off-screen, and hope for the best. The aftertouch feature is weirdly optional, so good luck figuring out when to use it.

It’s definitely a product of its time—rough around the edges, but weirdly addictive once you get the hang of its quirks. Just don’t expect FIFA-level realism.
