Play Liverpool: The Computer Game Online
You float behind your players in this weird third-person view, nudging passes mid-flight with the aftertouch while the radar keeps you from getting lost. The squad’s all here—just don’t expect them to look much different in those pixelated kits.

Liverpool: The Computer Game came out in 1992 for MS-DOS, developed by Grandslam Video Ltd. It was one of those early football titles that tried to capture the feel of managing and playing with a real club, back when PC gaming was still finding its feet in the sports genre. The presentation was straightforward, with basic graphics and sound that fit right into the era of floppy disks and command prompts.
You control the Liverpool squad from a floating third-person perspective, directing passes and shots with an emphasis on aftertouch control to bend the ball mid-flight. A small radar helps you track player positions and avoid getting turned around on the pitch. Matches play out at a deliberate pace, and the difficulty can be unforgiving if your timing is off. It feels like a thoughtful, sometimes clumsy attempt to translate football strategy into something you could play on a keyboard.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
