Play Loopz Amiga Online
1990 puzzle game for Amiga. Connect rotating line pieces on a grid to form complete loops. Features three modes: freestyle, score-based, and memory challenges. Includes two-player competitive modes.

Loopz came out on the Amiga in 1990, published by Mindscape and developed by Audiogenic Software. It was a clever puzzle game that fit right in with the kind of thoughtful, pattern-based challenges that were popular on the platform at the time, offering a clean, abstract experience that stood apart from more action-heavy titles.
You control a cursor on a grid, placing and rotating different shaped line segments to form closed loops. The main goal is to clear each screen by completing these loops before a timer runs out. The signature mechanics involve planning your connections under time pressure, managing increasingly complex piece shapes, and in some modes, memorizing and recreating patterns. The pacing is quick and the difficulty ramps up steadily, demanding both speed and foresight. It feels satisfying to watch a complex loop snap closed and clear the board.
