Luigi Cave World is one of those weird little Flash games that somehow sticks with you. Yeah, the graphics are rough, like, early Newgrounds rough, but there's something charming about guiding this janky little Luigi through caves full of coins and suspiciously placed Goombas.
You'll hop across platforms that look like they were drawn in MS Paint, dodge pits that appear out of nowhere, and collect coins that make that classic Mario "bling" sound (even if it's a bit distorted). The controls are simple, just arrow keys, but some jumps feel weirdly precise, like the physics are slightly off in a way that keeps you on your toes.
It's not polished, but that's kind of the point. You can tell someone made this for fun, not for a paycheck. If you miss the days of random browser games with questionable hitboxes, this one's a weird little time capsule.
