You bounce your chosen M&M around the screen, smashing crystals that match your color (hit a pot if you need to switch shades). The faster you clear them, the better—linger too long, and a creepy bouncing skull shows up to steal your lives. Some blocks hide power-ups like invincibility or a supercharged M&M that plows through everything. Yellow and Green have a slight edge since they can crack open those special blocks.

It’s a remix of Gem Smashers, so if you’ve played that, the mechanics will feel familiar. The GBA version keeps it simple with button controls, while the DS lets you flick your M&M around with the stylus and adds multiplayer. The levels unlock as you go, and there are hidden stages tucked behind pink spots on the map—worth hunting down if you’re into extra challenges.

Not gonna lie, it’s chaotic in the best way, especially when the timer’s ticking and you’re scrambling to match colors before the skull shows up. The different M&M’s handle slightly differently, so you might swap between them depending on whether you want speed or raw smashing power.
