Play Madagascar - Operation Penguin (EU) Online
Team up with the penguins to sneak, slide, and dodge your way through challenges in the wild world of Madagascar.

Madagascar: Operation Penguin came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2005, developed by Vicarious Visions and published by Activision. It was one of those licensed platformers that felt right at home on the GBA, a system packed with colorful, straightforward adventures based on movies and cartoons. The game follows the events of the first Madagascar film, but shifts the focus squarely onto the penguins and their secret mission.
You control Private, the smallest penguin, as he sneaks through zoo exhibits, city streets, and eventually the jungles of Madagascar itself. Your goal is to complete objectives for the penguin squad, often involving stealth, light puzzle solving, and avoiding guards or animals. The gameplay is screen by screen, with an emphasis on timing your movements to slip past hazards and enemies. You can slide under obstacles, distract foes with fish, and occasionally ride on Rico's back to break through barriers. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty is fair but requires attention; it never feels punishing. Playing it feels like being part of a clever, compact caper where every small success moves the team closer to escape.
