Game Overview
Mega Man 6 [T-Port] is a classic NES action-platformer where you jump, shoot, and steal robot powers—same as always, but with a fresh coat of paint. The Robot Masters this time feel a bit more creative, like Wind Man’s gusts pushing you around or Knight Man’s shield deflecting your shots.
First ten minutes? You pick a stage, probably die to some cheap enemy placement, then realize you should’ve started with Plant Man’s stage instead. The Rush adaptor gimmick is neat—lets you mix and match power-ups—but half the weapons still feel useless outside their intended boss fights.
Mr. X as the villain is… fine, I guess. The twist is predictable if you’ve played the other games, but the final fortress has some solid platforming challenges. Mega Man 6 [T-Port] isn’t the best in the series, but it’s a decent way to kill an afternoon.
