Play Might and Magic - Gates to Another World (USA, Europe) Online
You roll with your old crew (or fresh faces) through grid dungeons and an overworld full of cryptic clues—graph paper recommended. That escaped villain’s back, and CRON’s dungeons won’t solve themselves.

Might and Magic: Gates to Another World came out for the Sega Genesis in 1991, developed by New World Computing. It was one of the few attempts to bring a complex, first-person RPG to the console during that era, offering a deeper experience than many action-focused titles.
You control a party of four adventurers, creating them from scratch or using a pre-made group, and guide them through a large world viewed from a first-person perspective. Your main goal is to explore the land of CRON, find the five Gates to Another World, and stop the escaped villain Sheltem. The game uses grid-based, screen-by-screen movement for both overworld travel and dungeon delving, with turn-based combat that pauses to let you choose attacks or spells. You constantly manage equipment, spells, and health while solving environmental puzzles and talking to NPCs for clues. The pacing is deliberate, and the difficulty is substantial, requiring careful mapping and resource management. It feels like leading a determined team through a world that rewards patience and attention.
