Nude Punch Out (Hack) is exactly what it sounds likeโa modified Punch-Out!! ROM where the opponents are, well, nude. The gameplay is identical to the original, but the absurdity of boxing against pixelated, barely censored fighters gives it a weird charm.
At first, it feels like a joke mod, but the novelty wears off fast. The hitboxes and timing are unchanged, so if you're familiar with Punch-Out!!, you'll breeze through it. The only real difference is the awkwardness of Little Mac staring down opponents who clearly skipped their trunks.
It's not exactly deep, and the "adult" aspect is more silly than anything. If you're looking for actual gameplay changes, this isn't it. Nude Punch Out (Hack) is just a goofy, slightly uncomfortable twist on a classic.
