Game Overview
Pac-Man World 3 on PSP takes our yellow hero way beyond just chomping dots—this time, he’s got a full-blown adventure to save two worlds. Orson (yeah, one of the ghosts) teleports him into a mess where Erwin, some power-hungry villain, is draining energy from the Spectral Realm to fuel his robot army. Suddenly, Pac-Man’s rolling, punching, and butt-bouncing through 15 levels that range from creepy robot graveyards to towers literally on fire.
It’s weirdly fun seeing Pac-Man talk (thanks to voice actor Martin T. Sherman) and team up with former enemies like Clyde and Pinky. The new moves feel surprisingly natural—you’ll spend half your time rev-rolling through enemies or piloting Toc-Man (a giant mech, because why not) to smash robot hordes. The levels throw in just enough variety—deserts, mountains, spectral zones—to keep it from feeling repetitive. And those spectral syphons? Satisfying to wreck.
Definitely not your grandma’s Pac-Man, but in a good way.
