Play Persecutors Online
Run-and-gun action game with maze-like levels. Features upgradable weapons, enemy waves, boss battles, and strategic movement. Released in 1987 for Amiga.

Game Overview
Persecutors on the Amiga is one of those games that sneaks up on you—it looks simple at first glance, but there’s a weirdly satisfying depth to it. You control these little dudes (or maybe they’re robots? I could never tell) and guide them through maze-like levels while avoiding enemies and collecting… whatever those glowing things are. The controls take a second to get used to, but once you do, it’s oddly addictive in that classic Amiga way.
The music’s got that chunky, nostalgic synth vibe, and the pixel art is charmingly rough around the edges. It’s not the flashiest game out there, but there’s something about the way the levels ramp up in difficulty that keeps you pushing forward. I remember getting stuck on one particular stage for ages before realizing I had to lure an enemy into a trap first.
If you’re into old-school puzzle-action hybrids, this one’s a hidden gem worth digging up.
