Game Overview
Pixie & Dixie is one of those weird little Amiga games that somehow sticks with you. You control these two tiny creatures—one red, one blue—through a maze of platforms and obstacles. The controls are simple, but the levels get surprisingly tricky. At first, it feels like a basic platformer, but then you realize timing jumps between the two characters is the real challenge.
The art has that early Amiga charm—bright colors, chunky sprites, and a soundtrack that’s equal parts catchy and repetitive. I remember getting stuck on this one level where you have to switch between Pixie and Dixie mid-air to avoid spikes. Took me way too many tries.
If you’re into retro games with a twist, this one’s worth dusting off.
