Play Rat Attack (E) Online
You're a pest control worker scrambling to stop waves of rats—some dart past your traps, others shrug off poison, and soon you're barricading doors while they pour out of sewers. Looks cute, but gets frantic fast.

Rat Attack came out on the Nintendo 64 in 1999, published by Interplay Entertainment. It was one of those quirky titles that showed up late in the console's life, a time when developers were still experimenting with the hardware, sometimes in strange and unexpected ways. It didn't get a lot of attention, but it had a very specific, odd charm that made it stand out from the more typical platformers and racers of the era.
You control a pest exterminator tasked with clearing out waves of rats from various locations like restaurants and gardens. Your main objective is to eliminate all the rodents in each stage before they overrun the place. You do this by placing different traps, such as glue pads and poison pellets, and using a vacuum to suck up any stunned rats. The rats pour out of holes in the environment, and you have to manage multiple entry points at once, making the pacing incredibly frantic. It feels like a chaotic, real-time puzzle where you're constantly running, setting traps, and hoping your defenses hold.
