Game Overview
Robopon 2: Ring Version picks up right after the first game—you're Cody, fresh off your "Legend 1" title, only to get stranded on some weird island after a storm hits. Turns out the place is crawling with trouble thanks to this Maskman guy, and now you're stuck unraveling a mess that somehow involves time-traveling 20 years into the past. Classic robot adventure stuff.
It’s way bigger than the first game, with over 180 Robopon to mess around with. The battles got an upgrade too—you can bring a whole squad into fights now instead of just one or two. And if you’ve got a friend with a copy, you can link up and fuse your bots to make some weird (and sometimes overpowered) new ones.
There’s also this Panel Attack mode for up to four players, which gets chaotic fast, and a bunch of mini-games if you just want to mess around. Honestly, half the fun is seeing what bizarre Robopon combos you can cook up. The game doesn’t take itself too seriously, and neither should you.
