Robot Wars: Advanced Destruction is basically the GBA version of that chaotic BBC show where metal monsters smash each other to bits. You’ve got four main ways to play, and the Quickstart mode is perfect when you just want to jump straight into the carnage—it picks two random bots and throws them into the arena.
If you’re feeling creative, the Robot Workshop lets you build and save your own custom death machines (up to four, so choose wisely). Then you can take them into any mode, including the Championship, where winning unlocks even more robots to wreck stuff with.
Vengeance Battle is great for settling grudges—pick your bot, your rival, and even the arena. Robot Mayhem is pure, unfiltered destruction: no time limits, just one endless round to demolish as many enemies as possible. And yeah, if you’ve got friends with GBA link cables, you can drag them into the madness too.
It’s not the deepest fighting game, but there’s something weirdly satisfying about watching your little metal abomination flip an opponent into a pit.
