You start by creating your Fleet Commander—pick a name, maybe give yourself a ridiculous title—then dive into setting up missions. It’s all very hands-on: you tweak star systems, assign ships, and even customize alien encounters before jumping into the action.
Once you’re in, it’s all about managing your ship’s systems, talking (or bluffing) your way through encounters, and occasionally panicking when things go sideways. Succeed, and you’ll climb the ranks; fail, and, well, let’s just hope you saved.
