The pacing’s slower than most fighting games, so you actually have to think about spacing and timing instead of just mashing buttons.
What I love is how the weapons clash mid-air, sending sparks flying, and how a single well-placed hit can turn the tide. The AI isn’t shy about punishing mistakes, either—get too reckless, and you’ll lose half your health bar in one combo. It’s brutal but fair. The pixel art holds up surprisingly well, especially the dramatic zoom-ins when someone’s about to land a finishing blow.
