This one's a classic Amiga RPG based on the German tabletop game "Das Schwarze Auge" (The Dark Eye). You're thrown into a gritty fantasy world where every choice matters—pick your character class carefully because that swordfighter you thought was tough might get wrecked by the first bandit encounter if you're not careful.
The fifth disk in the series keeps the same moody atmosphere, with those crunchy Amiga sound effects and pixel art that somehow makes every tavern feel properly grimy. Combat's turn-based but surprisingly fast, and you'll spend a lot of time managing your party's weirdly specific inventory (who knew so many herbs could be stuffed into one backpack?).
It's definitely one of those games where you either love the old-school clunk or bounce right off it. I still remember getting stuck for hours because I forgot to ask some random villager about a rumor.
