Shrek punches and smashes obstacles, Fiona uses a bow for ranged combat, and Donkey can perform a high jump to reach platforms. You collect oysters to unlock bonus content and search for hidden items to fully complete each area. The pacing is methodical, and some jumps require precise timing, leading to occasional frustration. It feels like a straightforward, slightly clunky adventure that captures the movie's humor in small, interactive bursts.
