Remember those old-school carnival light-gun games? This one’s a whole Amiga carnival in a box. You show up with a handful of tokens, and suddenly you’re bouncing between shooting galleries, knife-throwing at a creepy clown (why are they always creepy?), and testing your strength with that giant mallet—you know, the one that never quite hits as hard as you think it should.

The haunted hill bit still gives me slight chills—it’s pixelated, sure, but something about those jerky animations makes it weirdly tense. And the real kicker? You could scan your own face into the game back in the day. Nothing like seeing your pixelated mug pop up in the dunk tank while some digital jerk laughs at you.

It’s janky in that classic early-'90s way, but there’s something charming about how committed it is to being a whole carnival stuffed onto a floppy disk.
