SimLife_Disk3 is one of those weird, fascinating Amiga games where you basically play god—but with way more DNA tinkering than you'd expect. You start by sketching out creatures, plants, and entire ecosystems, then watch as they either thrive or collapse in hilariously unpredictable ways. I remember making a six-legged rabbit that only ate mushrooms, and within minutes, it had starved because I forgot to add enough fungi. Oops.
The real fun comes from tweaking the genetics. Want a carnivorous rose bush? A flightless bird with venomous fangs? Go for it. The game doesn’t judge. Just don’t be surprised when your "perfect" creation immediately gets eaten by something even weirder. It’s messy, chaotic, and weirdly addictive once you get the hang of it.
Fair warning: your first few ecosystems will probably fail spectacularly. But that’s half the charm.
