Play Smash TV Online
Dodge mutant hordes in tight arenas while a cheesy host screams about prizes—awkward NES controls turn into pure chaos once you get the hang of spraying bullets in all directions.

Smash TV on NES is basically what happens if you take Robotron: 2084 and drop it into a dystopian game show. You’re stuck in these small, claustrophobic arenas blasting waves of enemies with dual-stick controls—except, you know, it’s the NES, so you’re awkwardly using the D-pad and buttons instead. The whole thing feels like a twisted parody of 80s game shows, complete with a sleazy announcer yelling stuff like "Big money! Big prizes!" while mutants and robots swarm you.
At first, the controls take some getting used to, but once it clicks, you’ll be weaving through bullets and laughing at the absurdity of it all. The levels are short and brutal, and the power-ups (like spread shots) actually feel worth grabbing. It’s chaotic, ridiculous, and somehow still fun even when you die for the tenth time in a row.
