Play Street Smart (Japan, USA) Online

Street Smart’s fighters move like they’re made of rubber—punches send dudes flying across the screen while you brawl in grimy back alleys. It’s janky, unfair, and weirdly lovable for it.

Game Overview

Street Smart is that weird, slightly janky fighting game your friend swore was better than Street Fighter II back in the day. Spoiler: it’s not, but that’s kind of why it’s fun. You’ve got these beefy street brawlers with moves that look like they were animated by someone who’d had one too many energy drinks—kicks that stretch halfway across the screen, punches that send guys flying like ragdolls. The stages are all grimy back alleys and neon-lit streets, perfect for a no-holds-barred scrap.

It definitely feels like an arcade port—controls are a little stiff, and the AI cheats like crazy—but there’s charm in its roughness. My personal favorite? The guy who just straight-up headbutts people. Classic. If you’re into ‘90s fighters with more attitude than polish, this one’s a riot.
