Play Suburban Commando Amiga Online
Action game (1993, Amiga) featuring space shooter levels, platforming stages, and beat-'em-up boss fights. Play as Shep Ramsey, using punches, kicks, and power-ups to defeat enemies across varied gameplay segments.

Suburban Commando came out on the Amiga in 1993, published by Alternative Software Ltd. It was a licensed game based on the Hulk Hogan movie, which meant it showed up alongside a lot of other movie tie-ins of the era. The Amiga had a strong library of action games, and this one tried to fit in by mixing a few different styles into one package.
You control Shep Ramsey, an intergalactic warrior stranded on Earth, and you move through levels that switch between side-scrolling platforming, space shooter sections, and hand-to-hand combat. Your main goal is to fight through waves of enemies, using punches, kicks, and occasional power-ups you find along the way. The game shifts pace depending on the stage; some parts are about careful jumping, while others throw you into frantic shootouts. It can feel a bit uneven, and the difficulty doesn’t always ease you in gently. Playing it gives you that early '90s action-game feel, where you just push forward and see how far your reflexes can take you.
