Play Super Bowling (J) Online
Toss neon bowling balls with weird spin physics, dodging ridiculous obstacles while your friends’ perfect shots get wrecked by rogue bumpers. Pure chaotic N64 joy.

Super Bowling (J) came out in 1999 for the Nintendo 64, developed by Athena. It was one of those quirky, lesser known titles that showed up late in the N64's life, offering an alternative to the more polished sports games of the era. While it didn't have the big budget feel of first party releases, it carved out its own niche with a playful, almost surreal take on bowling.
You control a bowler from an isometric perspective, aiming and releasing the ball with careful timing. The main goal is to knock down all the pins, but the game constantly throws surprises your way. Obstacles like moving bumpers, ramps, and even UFOs appear on the lane, forcing you to adjust your shots on the fly. The physics feel exaggerated, letting you apply wild spins that curve the ball in impossible ways. Matches can get frantic, especially with friends, as a clean strike one moment can turn into a disastrous gutter ball the next. It’s unpredictable and silly, but there’s a genuine thrill in pulling off a tricky shot despite the chaos.
