Taz Express came out on the Nintendo 64 in 2000, published by Infogrames. It was part of that wave of late-era N64 games that tried to do something a little different, even if they didn't always get a lot of attention. You don't see many people talk about it now, but it had its own kind of charm.
You control the Tasmanian Devil, and your main goal is to deliver packages across a series of isometric levels. The core gameplay involves spinning through environments to collect items, smash obstacles, and throw crates at enemies. You navigate screen by screen, solving environmental puzzles and avoiding hazards like lava pits and bottomless drops. The pacing is fast and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly, especially in later stages that require precise timing. It feels like a frantic, destructive race against the clock.
