Remember The Incredibles movie? This GBA game nails that comic-book action vibe—you start off as Mr. Incredible punching through bad guys in a side-scrolling brawl, but soon the whole family (and Frozone!) joins in. Each character feels totally different: Dash zips around like a tiny tornado, Violet pops up force fields, and Helen’s stretchy arms are weirdly satisfying to use. Just watch that special move meter—it drains fast, but smashing crates or enemies refills it.
The levels look like they’re ripped straight from a cartoon, with hand-drawn robots and goons swinging wrenches at you. There’s even a few chase scenes where you play as Dash, which honestly made me panic the first time. And yeah, Syndrome shows up to be his usual annoying self. Pro tip: grab those Frozone bottles when you see them—you’ll need ‘em later.
It’s not super deep, but for a movie tie-in? Way better than expected. The password system’s a bit old-school, but at least you won’t lose progress when your batteries die.
