Play The Ren & Stimpy Show : Veediot Online
Ren & Stimpy’s Game Boy chaos—slapping sentient toast, missing jumps thanks to tiny screens, and hearing Ren scream like always. It’s janky, gross, and weirdly perfect.

I picked up The Ren & Stimpy Show: Veediots for the Game Boy back in 1993, a THQ release that tried to capture the show's manic energy on the small screen. It was a time when licensed platformers were everywhere, and this one fit right in, promising the same bizarre humor that made the cartoon so memorable. You could always count on a game based on a Nickelodeon property to be at least a little strange, and this one did not disappoint in that regard.
You control Stimpy for most of the game, with Ren occasionally popping in for specific actions. The goal is to navigate through a series of side scrolling levels, collecting items like rubber walrus protectors and rescuing lost kittens. The gameplay involves a lot of jumping on platforms, avoiding enemies like sentient pieces of toast, and using Stimpy's belly flop to defeat foes. The pacing is frantic, and the difficulty can be unforgiving, with some leaps requiring pixel perfect timing. Playing it feels like wrestling with a greased pig; it's messy, frustrating, and you can't help but laugh at the absurdity of it all.
