Play Volleyball Simulator Amiga Online
1987 sports game for Amiga. Simulates volleyball with six-player teams, AI or local multiplayer. Features tactical team setups, player positioning, and single-match gameplay.

Rainbow Arts Software GmbH released Volleyball Simulator for the Amiga in 1987, a time when the platform was beginning to show its graphical and audio capabilities. It was one of several sports simulations that tried to capture the feel of a real match, offering both single player and local multiplayer options for those who wanted to compete against a friend.
You control a team of six players, switching between them to position your blockers and setters, then timing your jumps to spike or block the ball. The main objective is to win a single match by outscoring the opponent, with points earned through well placed serves and aggressive net play. Key mechanics include setting your team formation before each serve and manually diving to save the ball when it drops low. The pace is quick, and the AI can be relentless on higher difficulty settings, demanding sharp reflexes and anticipation. It feels satisfying when a perfectly timed spike lands just inside the opponent's court.
